Em-tea - Merced

This place is beautiful on the inside. The prices were on the high end. I did like the kiosk to order because bubble tea orders can get complicated. But I don’t like they ask me to tip when they didn’t interact with me at all.

Love their boba tea, but they introduce these self serve cashier where stupid people are taking up to 10-15 minutes to work out their order while no one is manning the cashier or helping these idiots how to figure out to use them.

Kind. Friendly and helpful. Understanding and patient. Thankful for there service. 10/10

We've been coming to Em-Tea for years. We've always felt that the boba itself isn't particularly sweet, and the pearls themselves are smaller than other boba places. We like to come back and support, as it's a Merced classic. The space is super inviting and fun to lounge in. There's always a line! The staff are kind as well.

Super great fun atmosphere. It's a nice place for just a nice pick me up of boba. They have a lot of options are able to do non-dairy options so that is super great for people who are lactose intolerant or anything. The variety that they have is also very appealing. I love this place so so much. They have added some food for certain days. The mochi donuts are a must if you can get a hold on one of the batches they've made that day.
