Nothing to say about the meal, although I have eaten better in this food rich area. The point is the service, you can't wait an hour and see the large tables nearby getting served. And when eventually you get your dish is wrong. And when you complain they insist they are right. At the end, feeling sorry, they offer a dessert, though not one of your choice but one they had in the fridge. View all feedback.
Ein schöner Abend mit 8 Freunden alles einfach super schön und gutwill kommen wieder sicher, wie es so gut war
We tried many restaurants during our week stay in the area near Merano and I have to say this restaurant is far the best one. We were welcomed into this boudoir vibe mansion and offered a nice corner table. For appetizers we had the beef tartare which was fresh and yummy and the iberico pork which was seriously delicious. It just melted in your mouth and you just wanted more. Super recommended. As for mains we had the ravioli which was ok even though a bit small for a 17€ dish and the grilled beef filet. One could tell was a great cut of meat and we couldn’t be happier. Finally the dessert was some kind of local deconstructed soufflé with vanilla ice cream and citrus marmellata and that was amazing! The service staff was friendly and professional but food was a bit slow. One recommendation for the restaurant would be to put down in writing the specials and the desserts because they had so many and at the end we couldn’t remember any! Overall we were very satisfied.
Wir hatten reserviert und waren die ersten Gäste um 19:00 Uhr. nach dem oben, viel ist gestern passiert. Heute war es ruhig. der Service war sehr gut. alle waren sehr aufmerksam. das haben wir aus den Tagesempfehlungen genommen. es war visuell sehr schön und geschmackvoll es war sehr gut. wir hatten einen Champagner als Aperitif. wir hätten uns interessanter versprochen. als Vorspeise hatten wir Thunfisch carpaccio und gegrillte Otopus. als Hauptgericht hatten wir einen Wolfsbarsch in einem Salinecoat mit gegrilltem Spargel (sehr lecker! und Sellerie pure. der letzte Dessert war Geeiste tiramisu. insgesamt: Essen und Service sehr gut.
Gourmetessen war ein Vergnügen, freundlich, perfekt eine geheime Spitze. ohne Reservierung, kein Platz mehr.
I have no words to describe this experience, from the mouthwatering dessert we were served, to the exquisite Italian wine and delicious food. We will definitely come back. Hopefully we won’t catch such a terrible heat wave of 40 degrees Celsius next time.
