Upon arrival, we still had to wait about ten minutes before being greeted and shown to our table, which was a bit unexpected considering we had made a reservation. Once we ordered, the wait was quite long: almost an hour passed before the pizzas arrived. The service time is definitely something that could be improved. The pizzas, however, were good: well-topped, with fresh ingredients, and a pleasant flavor that at least partially made up for the wait. In summary: good-quality pizza, courteous but very slow service. With quicker reception and quicker kitchen staff, the experience could have been significantly more satisfying.
