Unfortunately, you cannot forgive less than one star. The staff did nothing against unfriendly guests. Because of two overcrowded visitors, nothing else left us to leave the place.

1 star just because I can't put 0! Never been to a bar where waiters were so rude and rude. Avoid it!

I had a good breakfast here. Nice, clean room. Great service and very kind staff. It is in a very comfortable position.

The service of this bar is getting worse and we've been seeing it for 7 years. The staff is not distinguished by courtesy, the prices are vituperous. I asked two scrambled eggs and the waiter answered me if I ask the scrambled eggs kill me, without the reason for rejection. Another waitress then explained that to have the eggs you have to take the breakfast menu from 17,90 euros, otherwise they do not make you. I would have liked to pay for the breakfast I wanted. When paying, as here happens too often, the rest was wrong, so I suggest I always check. Onor del vero, very good cakes, exceptional strudel, excellent coffee. Let's say, disappointing, it's people. That's enough.

Bad experience. After arriving at the bar with my partner, we did not get precise directions on where to sit and so we chose a table. We've been attesting enough time without receiving any service and at that point I decided to stand up to ask if it was necessary to order at the counter. After talking to the waitress I was told, hectically and without any kindness, that I WOULD change place with another couple because they were hotel customers and we were not. Although we hadn't seen anywhere a sign or a ticket that specified that that table was not available I agreed and came back from my partner. Back at my table I spoke to the couple of the table next door and explained that we knew nothing about the fact that that table was reserved to them. Clarified the situation, the couple's girlfriend told us that it wasn't a problem for them to stay there and that we didn't need to trade somewhere. At that point the waitress came back to take orders and again, even more rude than before, reminded us that we had to change table, because if not he should fix the other. I've never felt so embarrassed. A really unpleasant breakfast.
