What really annoys me is how flexible the owners are with their opening hours. They say phone orders are possible until 8:30 pm, but that's not the case! Depending on their mood, they often stop answering the phone shortly after 8 pm. I find that very disappointing; it seems they don't value regular customers very much. You look forward to the food, and then you're bitterly disappointed.
