A large selection of ice cream and a TOP taste experience left a lasting impression on us. One of the best ice creams I've eaten in my life. Everything would have been fine if I had received a receipt when paying. Even when asked, there was none. This left us with a bad taste when it came to taxes. View all feedback.

We ate our Italian ice cream and spaghetti Napoli with American hip hop (a bit annoying). The spaghetti was very al dente and the sauce was mediocre. The chocolate spaghetti ice cream was very small and the cream was almost non-existent. Unfortunately, the milk coffee also didn't have much flavor. Leider ist das Personal SEHR unfreundlich und lustlos. Die Preise sind nicht angemessen. Nie wieder!
Wir haben bei Brunello Pizza bestellt und im Restarant verzehrt. Soweit war alles okay. Die Pizzas waren auch geschmacklich völlig in Ordnung. Als ich meine Pizza fast aufgegessen hatte, habe ich etwas komisches im Mund gespürt. Nach Betrachtung stellte es sich als ein ca. 1 cm langer Metalldraht heraus. Der Kellner hat es so erklärt, daß der Pizzastein mit einer Drahtbürste gereinigt wird?! Keine Entschuldigung, keine Ermäßigung bei der Rechnung. Frechheit. Waren das letzte Mal dort !!!
Unfreundlich und kein guter Service. Und die Preise sind komplett überteuert 8€ für eine Waffel! Nie wieder!!!!
Waren draußen am Tisch. Alle Kellner hatten keinen Bock. Auf mehrere Handzeichen wurde ignoriert. Kunden anderen Tischen gingen schon. Kein Trinkgeld. Das wars gewesen....

The waffles were fresh but overall everything was very lackluster. Of course we compare it with other ice cream cafes in Emsland, but unfortunately we were disappointed this time. We actually know better locations in Emsland under the name Brunello.
