Ho provato questo ristorante a Meppen insieme a colleghi di lavoro. Locale suggerito da una brochure.Il ristorante si trova al primo posto tra quelli da provare in città. Sicuramente ne è valsa la pena. Vito (il proprietario), ci ha fatto sentire a casa davanti ai piatti della tradizione Italiana. Food is excellent, except the salt quantity. We took pizzas. They were really excellent. Pasta and scalopinne were very good, but much too salty ! And the wine was just .... Awful !!! I tasted vinegar that was much better ! It was impossible to...drink this awful 'piquette'. Really, do not try wine there ! Except if you want to laugh and play with you health. Wir wollten zum Mittag dort essen gehen weil es eine gute Auswahl an Mittagsgerichten angeboten wurde, Aber als ich mein Gericht bestellen wollte (Hacksteak mit Nudeln) würde ich vertröstet mit ist Leider aus obwohl kein ander Gast da war außer uns und die Preise sind auch viel zu hoch...

Leider enttäuschend, hatten mehr erhofft. Der Außenbereich des Restaurants ist wirklich schön. Auch die Vorspeise (Überbackene Auberginen) war lecker. Meinen Hauptgang (Salat mit Garnelen) bestellte ich mit der Bitte das Dressing separat zu servieren. Totaler Fehlschlag: Der Salat schwamm in Öl. Auf Nachfrage fährt der Servierer mich an: "Ja und, was wollen sie jetzt??" Pasta war ok, aber auch ziemlich fettig und mehr Aroma wäre schön gewesen.

Spontan haben wir uns zu einem frühen Besuch bei Da Vito entschlossen und auf der Terrasse unter einem Vordach Platz gefunden. Wir hatten Vorspeisenteller, Pizza und Dorade.Speisen wohlschmeckend, aufmerksamer Service. Sehr schöner Abend.

Back in Meppen for work and tried out a new restaurant today. Da Vito in Meppen. And what can I say… a great restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy and the service is REALLY great!!! From the service staff to the boss... EVERYONE really cares about you!!! Great Chardonnay and delicious starter salad with, I hope , delicious little homemade rolls… But now the main course... three small pieces of meat with fresh mushrooms, delicious pasta and a delicious sauce!!! INSANELY DELICIOUS Now I'm enjoying another Chardonnay and one or two Sambuca... Thank you to the da Vito team for the lovely evening Addendum: 7 months have passed since the first visit and let's see how things are at da Vito today... In short, it's just as awesome as the first time!!! Food, drink, service and authenticity are still awesome!!! Thank you for such continuity. Unfortunately it's no longer a given...
