I love it! My boyfriend and I eat here every payday! I wish they would open a location in Ashtabula so we wouldn't have to drive all the way to Mentor or Erie! My only suggestion is to lower the music a bit; it makes it hard to place our orders and have conversations with our dining companions.
Great chipotle. The food always tastes so good and the employees are always so nice. They are always working hard to, hands-down the best chipotle location
Best Chipotle location in the area. The orders are always accurate and you can tell the employees that they do everything to fulfill all online and restaurant orders in time.
Food was fine. Staff was rude. The girl that was on salsas was arrogant and not polite at all. I asked for a little extra salsa on one of my tacos since she skipped it altogether and she put a ladle full of salsa on it to make a point and rolled her eyes. Clearly this job isn’t for her. This is the only good Chipotle around! The food tasted great and they were very friendly. They were also very patient with my stuttering. I suffer from a pretty severe speech impediment but, they were very patient with me. I would recommend going to this one. It's the only decent one around.
