Now I know staffing has impacted many things in regards to quantity and time management and I am totally okay and understanding of that but when you serve guacamole that has turned brown due to it not being fresh that?s just a quality issue which is a controllable. Very disappointed with quality. Will give another chance on a different day.
The manager was very kind and even gave me a discount towards the end of the night for being at student! I would definitely come back for the thoughtful service
Chipotle is by far my favorite fast food type place for a burrito. I have been addicted to it for years!! Unfortunately, I have seen the prices go up so much that I can 't afford to eat there is often as I wish I could! I don 't like that guacamole is an extra $3. This location has always been very accurate with my orders, it is clean, staff is friendly, And I have no complaints there. I 'm excited they are building one in West Bend because I 'll probably be their best customer!
Don?t online order here. Second try online ordering thinking everything was going to be okay. Ordered chicken hard shell tacos for my kid and we only received one taco. Online it states you?d get two shells. Ordered chocolate milk and received white milk.It seems that these ?mistakes? are intentional or that no one cares? Last time I ordered a salad and received half of an avocadoskin when I ordered guac. The salad was also extremely watery. I know working in food service sucks but you literally are justmaking orders and putting them in a bag on the pick up shelf. Today they were ONLY taking online orders so there really noexcuse as to why items were wrong or missing.
They staff here was great. I had food door dashed that wasn?t quite up to par. I came in and they immediately rectified the situation and then some. Meechie (I apologize if spelling is incorrect) did a fantastic job, along with another associate! Ialways have an amazing experience here. I?m sure it was a door dash issue, regardless they made it better! Thank you for thegreat customer service!
