This is a terrible location of Starbucks. It doesn't matter what drink you order, they don't have it. You want strawberry acai lemonade? They're out of lemonade or strawberry. You want a cold brew? The bathrooms are clean, so that's a second star. Avoid this location if you have any other choice.
I visited this restaurant twice, and the average wait time was about 15 minutes. They have a policy of serving your pastry or sandwich alongside your drink, but one of the services is always slower than the other. As a result, you end up with a cold pastry paired with hot coffee or lukewarm coffee with a fresh-hot pastry. Compared to other Starbucks locations, this place feels quite disorganized. I would recommend avoiding it if possible.
This Starbucks in the downtown area is clean and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My drink was made quickly and just how I ordered it.

Fantastic management that truly respects their customers! They go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional service experience. I placed an online order during a hectic lunch rush, but as soon as I got into my car, my drink spilled everywhere because the lid wasn't on correctly. With limited time and the store being extremely busy, I reached out to the manager later that day to explain what happened. The way he handled the situation was impressive and definitely deserves recognition. Great people in a great place!
