I love that you can customize the sweetness level and the amount of ice you want with no extra charge (unlike other places). They don't short change you with less tea if you ask for no ice either. They explain to you how it works if you're new to this place. You can add extra toppings (like ice cream or pudding). Boba is like tapioca. It adds flavor and makes the drink more fun. Lol.

I asked for half sugar but still too sweet for my taste, so next time I will do less but overall service was excellent and very clean premises and plenty of parking space in the shopping center. Prices a bit high tho
