We had a wonderful experience at the Stanford Inn Resort. The cleanliness was exceptional, and all amenities were luxurious and well-maintained. The hot tub provided a relaxing retreat after a day on the river, and the peaceful grounds offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The vegan breakfast options may be a challenge for non-vegans, but the Continental breakfast with house-made muffins or scones and fresh fruit, as well as the waffles or pancakes made from buckwheat and oats, were delicious. The portions were generous, and the service was excellent. Overall, we would highly recommend this location with top ratings for rooms, service, and location.
I cannot praise my experience at Stanford Inn enough. The staff, accommodations, and feeling of being welcomed as if it were my own home made my wife and I thoroughly enjoy our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the pet-friendly aspect of the resort and the variety of activities available. The highlight of our trip was dining at Ravens, where we were impressed by the exceptional food and drinks. We left with a newfound appreciation for the culinary artistry. The resort itself is seamlessly integrated into the forest, with structures intertwined with roots and shrubs, giving it an ancient and grounded feel. The presence of large birds in the area added to the magical atmosphere. The rooms were top-notch and the service was impeccable. The location was perfect, offering a great view and a peaceful and romantic ambiance. This hotel is a great choice for families as well.
This restaurant is a must-visit! The beautiful scenery and gorgeous restaurant set the perfect ambiance. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. As a Fort Bragg resident and dinner club organizer, we will definitely be returning to this fabulous establishment soon. The food and drinks were excellent, the rooms were top-notch, and the location was perfect. The hotel highlights included luxury, great views, a romantic atmosphere, quiet surroundings, and great value for the experience.
As for the rest of the experience: everything was beautiful. The pictures online don't do it justice. The inn is beautifully maintained and it's clear that they put a lot of care into everything. The garden is charming, the heated pool in the greenhouse was a pleasant surprise, and the whirlpool was a nice way to relax. The interiors were cozy, clean, and I especially loved the fireplace and balcony. The bed linens were super soft and there were plenty of towels for our stay. I was hesitant about the vegan breakfast, but it was delicious! It was both tasty and filling, and left me feeling healthy and energized for a day full of activities. Their juices were also fresh and tasty. The staff were warm and friendly, and Jennifer from the spa gave me one of the best massages of my life. You know it's a top-notch place when you're already thinking about when you can come back.
