The Rifleman Arms in Glastonbury is a quaint old English pub with an open fire. We were greeted by Magda, a very plesent, cheerful, friendly, young lass who offered advice on the drinks available. We sat in the 'Old Farts Corner , but were advised that the locals were due to be seated at 3pm, so we advised we would only be there for a while (1pm). had a friendly reception and the best Sunday dinner I ever had. I asked for a mixed meat dinner that was absolutely amazing. the braided, braided and carrots were exquisite, like the other vege, among them austere, red cabbage, spiced pigs and ravaged, and the Yorkshire doll was beaten to the head only with a wonderful thick engraving.
