Waited for 15min, tea was disgusting, burgers were cold and there was more bread than burger, my daughters roll in her shrimp basket had mold on it. Will NEVER be back to this location. I understand food prices are up, but there is no excuse for $50+ on fast food lunch and it being near inedible. I just hope at this point the hamburger buns weren't molded. While some of the sta... read more I used to visit Ward's frequently, but I've noticed that the tables are often left uncleaned lately. Because of this, there's a fly issue. While some of the staff are busy, there are also several who just stand around chatting and laughing. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2.
