I arrived right after two other customers, and while the staff was taking their orders, I had to wait as she was filling a containe... read more The service was rather slow. I arrived right after two other customers, and while the staff was taking their orders, I had to wait as she was filling a container with fries. It then took 10 minutes for the food to arrive, even during lunchtime. The burger was mediocre, and the fries were overcooked and too crunchy. Overall, this was my worst experience at Ward's so far.
