I arrived right after two other customers, and while the staff was taking their orders, I had to wait as she was filling a container with fries. It then took 10 minutes for the food to arrive, even during lunchtime. The burger was mediocre, and the fries were overcooked and too crunchy. Overall, this was my worst experience at Ward's so far.

The mea... read more While traveling from Mississippi to Oklahoma, I stopped for a burger, hoping it would be comparable to Braum's. Unfortunately, it was anything but good. The meat was incredibly thin and dry, and the bun was stale. I even added bacon, but it tasted like it had been sitting out all morning. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Even as someone who isn't a fan of McDonald's, I would have preferred a burger from there a million times over.

Although the service was satisfactory, the... read more The restaurant has an outdated look and has a rather dim atmosphere. The women's restroom was also in poor condition. Although the service was satisfactory, there were a few errors. Unfortunately, the food quality didn't match the prices. On a brighter side, they do have an excellent chocolate shake.
