Customer service makes a big difference. The young lady was obviously tired because it was Bogo today. Her frustration showed herself in her face and made it uncomfortable to talk to her without getting an attitude. We made it even though I was talking small and at the end of my 4 sandwiches her tude changed. View all feedback.

The cookies are burnt every day and sold to customers like hard bricks. They're almost impossible to bite into! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 1 out of 5.
The restaurant is exceptionally clean and well-lit. The young women behind the counter were incredibly hardworking and maintained positive attitudes, even as the place quickly became packed with a line stretching out the door! For my dining experience, I had dinner and found the prices to be quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a solid 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the cookies and the Subway Club!
