Haven't even started my order. and this is now... read more Ordered a pizza for pickup. Said 20 min and it would be ready. Showed up 25 min later and they all look confused. Haven't even started my order. and this is now the 2nd time this exact thing has happened! Get it together and find some competent employees. The pizza is awesome... if you can get them to make it for you.

I am from a small town in southern illinois and caseys pizza is ICONIC AND THE BEST!!!! i love that its now closer to home i wanna order ALL the time...every ti... read more I am from a small town in southern illinois and caseys pizza is ICONIC AND THE BEST!!!! i love that its now closer to home i wanna order ALL the time...every time we try n call in an order no one answers the phone and online ordering is not available...the one time i did get someone to answer he was very rude and made me feel dumb for calling not knowing kitchen closed at 6pm...who closes there main source of income at 6pm on a friday night???....still trying to call and no one answering and its 12:30pm google says open....wife decided to drive to menasha to order in person....not happy hopefully were able to order....very disappointing

I have stopped in the store every day this last week and a half and they never have the kitchen open or food out. lights are out and its just quiet. I have called the store more times than I can count to order pizza, because it is advertised online to call to order and nobody ever picks up. This is getting ridiculous casey's needs to FIX THIS.
