Lobby was closed at 1:45pm which was not a big deal as possible lack of staffing, so we went through drive-thru, did not mark which was diet, over filled soda s... read more Lobby was closed at 1:45pm which was not a big deal as possible lack of staffing, so we went through drive-thru, did not mark which was diet, over filled soda so was leaking on me, did not give me my side of coleslaw, rude service, had to ask for a carrier for 3 drinks, I could understand if they were busy, however we were the only vehicle, did not answer phone to at least try to make it right. Wish I could leave a negative star!! The food for this company is very good, just appears at no matter what one you go to it is very run down and rude employees that struggle to provide good customer service and accurate and correct items. Also did not even give a receipt of our $34 order.

I ordered 4 sides of mashed potat... read more Only drive thru is open, their food is not the same as other KFC restaurants that I have been too lately nor is it consistent. I ordered 4 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy with the chicken and each of the mashed potatoes containers were filled with different amounts. Other KFC restaurants fill the container full, but this place seems to put different amounts in each container. The first 2 containers had very small amount (about ¼ full) of potatoes in them, the 3rd container was ½ full and the 4th was ¾ full. The gravy containers were all filled completely full. The chicken bucket was supposed to be ½ ½ but was all the same and it was soggy, like it was sitting under a heater for an hour or so. It was 6:30pm and there was a steady flow of cars , not busy but not dead. The biscuits were also not all the same size. I don't know if they were just having a bad day or if this is normally how things are here. In Florida this type of service inconsistency would not be tolerated but in Wisconsin things might be different.Parking: There's no dine in service so therefore there's no need to park.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no dine in service so therefore there's no need for wheelchair access.

I ordered a 16-piece chicken tenders for $32.99, three fries for $14.97, and a pot pie for $5.99, totaling $56.92. The price was shocking. The tenders had only about five pieces that were actually edible, and the pot pie had no chicken at all. This place has really gone downhill.

However, the lack of lobby service suggests there may not be enough staff on hand. The menu offers a good variety to satisfy different tastes.
