KFC - Menasha
KFC
Description
At this KFC location, diners can only use the drive-thru, which presents unique challenges such as a lack of bag checking before departure. Customer service seems inconsistent, with some staff being polite while others appear disengaged. Food quality varies significantly; while some guests enjoy fresh, well-packaged items, others report soggy chicken and uneven portions. Despite these issues, several patrons appreciate prompt service and improved offerings compared to past visits. Overall, the experience is marked by a mix of commendable efforts in food preparation and service recovery, contrasted by notable inconsistencies that could leave customers feeling disappointed.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a 16-piece chicken tenders for $32.99, three fries for $14.97, and a pot pie for $5.99, totaling $56.92. The price was shocking. The tenders had only about five pieces that were actually edible, and the pot pie had no chicken at all. This place has really gone downhill.
At KFC, staying up-to-date is key. The fast service and reasonable prices make it a great choice. However, the lack of lobby service suggests there may not be enough staff on hand. The menu offers a good variety to satisfy different tastes.
I had to wait around 15 minutes to place my order, and when I finally got my food, it was incorrect. I ordered a 5-piece Nashville hot chicken but ended up with regular chicken instead. I didn't realize it until I got home! The taste is fine, but seriously? This was my first time visiting this KFC as well.
My husband visited the restaurant around 6:45 PM and ordered a six-piece chicken meal. To his surprise, a staff member rudely told him that they were out of chicken. Confused, my husband asked, "You're KFC—how can you be out of chicken?" The staff member explained that they were closing in 10 minutes. However, the website indicates that they close at 9 PM. When my husband inquired about the early closing, he received no answer. He then asked for a potato bowl or something quick instead, but it was practically tossed at him, and they promptly closed the window. They really need to rethink their customer service approach!
