Blonde braids and... read more The food was great but tonight was the very 1st time I've actually tried zaxbys and two of the young ladies were very unprofessional and rude. Blonde braids and red or orange locs with glasses. They both need to be retrained on how to speak tocustomers. Or just don't hire teenagers.

Ordered the food online, but only to arrive and the food was not ready, after I was given an 11min ETA through the app. We ended up waiting 25mins after the fact. Was notgiven any condiments ???? that was clearly asked for (AGAIN THROUGH THE APP)!! Its not the app fault but the attention todetail, the compassionate gratitude for the customer, and SOS(Speed Of Service). Asked for wimpy with a meal and received spicysweet and.....NEVERMIND....WILL NOT BE BUYING ZAXBYS AGAIN
