The service is not the same quality it used to be which is why its 4 stars.... I really hate feeling like I'm bothering the cashier when I ask for simple items like more ketchup, ranch, etc. They should do more customer satisfaction training and work on their people skills.

BOO!!!....this is for the new location on Hacks Cross. I went to the drive-thru last night and it was horrible!Who in the world designed the parking lot and drive-thru?? The space is really tight. Although there are TWO lanes to order, the process seemed to be SLOWER than it was at the previous location. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here!..BOO!!!

The best tasting wings for a commercial chicken restaurant chain here in the Tennessee area. They have many different sauces, my favorite sauce is called Wimpy which is not spicy at all. Amongst other items on the menu, the salads are generous and have grilled or fried sliced chicken, cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese, bacon pieces, eggs, fried onion pieces it just depends on which salad you choose. My favorite salad is the Cobb Salad. Enjoy!

The food was great but tonight was the very 1st time I've actually tried zaxbys and two of the young ladies were very unprofessional and rude. Blonde braids and red or orange locs with glasses. They both need to be retrained on how to speak tocustomers. Or just don't hire teenagers.

Only received 5 boneless wings in 1 of my 8pc Zax Meals and the other meal had 6. Ordered the food online, but only to arrive and the food was not ready, after I was given an 11min ETA through the app. We ended up waiting 25mins after the fact. Was notgiven any condiments ???? that was clearly asked for (AGAIN THROUGH THE APP)!! Its not the app fault but the attention todetail, the compassionate gratitude for the customer, and SOS(Speed Of Service). Asked for wimpy with a meal and received spicysweet and.....NEVERMIND....WILL NOT BE BUYING ZAXBYS AGAIN
