Ter... read more I had to wait 45 minutes for my order. They didn’t put the lids on the sauces all of the sauces fell out of the bag busted all over my sidewalk on my shoes. Terrible service. They don’t care. I asked to speak to Antonio the manager the employees laughed in my face he never came to talk to me. Do not buy from this place EVER!!!!!!

It should automatically come with... read more I find it frustrating that when ordering wings on DoorDash, you have to pay $2.09 for ranch dipping sauce! It makes no sense! It should automatically come with the wings, just like it does when you order in-store. Since the prices on DoorDash are already marked up, it seems unreasonable not to include the dip!

Wait time for 3 chicken tenders combo and a chicken sandwich combo was 40 plus minutes with no explanation. Others came in and ordered after me and received their order before me. I askedthe lady at the register why my order was taking so long and theirs didn?t, she just laughed. When I spoke with the manager shehad an attitude and never apologized for the inconvenience! This was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had!! I will NEVERpatronize this establishment again!! Completely HORRIBLE!! Stay far far away from Wing Stop on Winchester Rd.!!!! Oh and thefood was cold, fries were soggy with no seasoning and the lemon pepper chicken sandwich was too salty!!! Wasted time andmoney!!!!!

I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. An hour after I placed the order I 'm still waiting. I told one of the workers, Iassume he was the manager, the name for my order when I arrived and he stated I was coming up in 5 minutes. I watched himprepare other orders, go to the restroom and come back out and start eating and I still hadn 't received my order. I asked againhow much longer and he said I was now waiting on fries. 10 more minutes pass and he asks what 's the name again I tell him andhe goes to the area where the pick up orders are and hands me my food that has been sitting for at least 10 minutes.UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
