The wait for Uber drivers can vary from... read more Former Uber Eats Driver: I?ve seen a lot of traffic in and out of this location. I?ve delivered orders for them before. The wait for Uber drivers can vary from pick up-ready upon entrance to 20ish minute wait time. The staff is good in terms ofcommunication each time I?ve been here. What I?m really writing about is the food. I ordered wings and fries for my daughters. Iordered myself a bbq chicken sandwich combo. The fries are just a bit over seasoned but this doesn?t make them bad to me. Icould understand it being too much for others though. The sandwich was GREAT. I?ve gotten two of these so far. The first one hada decent sized patty. The second one was much bigger. Both of my girls loved their food. Will come back.

I arrived 43 minutes later, no one acknowledges you when you enter the establishment. After waitingseveral minutes a young lady asked, was I placing an order or picking up? I informed her that I had an on-line order. Turns outthey haven 't started on the order. I then asked how much longer until the order would be finished. The young lady 's response, I don 't know it 's only two of us. Then she walked away. Then the young lady at the register gets an attitude with a customerand cusses her out for asking questions about her order. Definitely not a place that needs my business. It doesn 't matter thelocation of this business. The order is seldom ready when told or the order is incomplete.

The best part of my meal was the f... read more Just experienced Wing Stop for the first time as I'm new to Memphis. I ordered the 20 boneless wings special with fried corn. The best part of my meal was the fried corn. Unfortunately,I couldn't enjoy my wings. They were heavily seasoned, someone had asuper heavy hand. Everything was cooked well and the customer service was decent. And the ranch sauce was runny, thatdisappointed me. They seemed to be fully staffed and the it was clean in the line area. I can't say that I'll be back.

I placed an online order, went into the store and it took 10 minutes for someone to come and assist me. The lady come from the back of the store all nonchalant and don’t even apologize for having me stand there just waiting to be serviced. I have been eating at this place for about 2 years and this is the first time the food has made me sick. Matter of fact, it’s the first time any fast food place’s food has made me sick. I don’t know what these folks got going on but they need to shut down seem like.
