I put in a mobile order through the Wendy's Website. When I went to pick up my order through the Drive Thru, I was rudely told they were closed even though I was able to place an order to that location. Hopefully, cancelling the order will give me a full refund like the girl at the drive thru claimed when I asked about a refund. Either way, going to Wendy's was a waste of my time and energy.
The lines have been a little better but being that I'm here at least twice a week sometimes more the order takers can be better and stop closing early ?
Customer service is terribleTakes 30 minutes to place a order and once it get a certain time they say they put of certain items. They act hood and like they really don't care if they give good service or not.
This location is never any good because they are always rude and they never have their frosting machine working. However upon this occasion for breakfast my husband and I ordered two breakfast spicy chicken biscuits. 8 hours later we are both still sickthrowing up from what we had been given. Do not eat at this restaurant!
It's good for ever to get my food he didn't give me half of it all of my sandwiches were wrong It cost me $38 for what I wouldn't serve my dog I will never go back I think the boy was too stoned to even realize what was going on And I'm all forhaving a good time and let's party but there's a time and a place for everything and I don't think fast foods one of it and thenthey want to earn all of this money and can't even get your order right
