I will not go to this location anymor... read more I’ve had mistakes or unasked for substitutions the last four times I’ve ordered here with fairly long gaps between visits. I will not go to this location anymore. When I order something I expect to get what I asked for and not swapped for a cheaper item without a refund for the original. If something isn’t available take it off the app or contact the customer.

Location never takes orders when open for breakfast. It be 8am 9am and cars be parked outside so you know it is open. She gets mad at because th... read more Worse experience, fries cold, drink was wrong, burger was wrong I ordered onions on it and a tomato was SUPPOSE to come on it anyway. She gets mad at because they kept making mistakes. May I add that they were only taking cash, luckily I had some on me. One thing I know is never be rude while someone else is fixing your food.

The women or girls inside came on the mic laughing and talking but never answered us when we tired to order. Today is Dec 2 8:39pm. To the Franchise owner: you just need to shut down thislocation down and cut your loses. This location will never make you money because of the unprofessional high school children youhave working here. (They were women might I add)

Several times I had lackluster customer service and communication when placing or receiving an order. Sometimes people take your order at the drivethrough and sometimes they simply never acknowledge you are there! I sat in line for 10 mins straight and no one acknowledgedme, until I said Hello. Then, I sat another 5-10 mins before I decided to leave. I?m not sure why I let this Wendy?s upset me orwhy I want to spend my hard earned money with them! They do this all the time. Either they don?t acknowledge you or the order isallllll screwed up! Just do everyone a fair and close down. The workers and managers should close down and go back to customerservice classes, cause they lack it!
