What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
This location has the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced, you tell them what not to put on your burger and they always do the opposite, you ask for condiments they tell you it’s in the bag , but when you get home or back to work you don’t have it. Poor service , they don’t deserve no 15:00 and hour sad location. View all feedback.
We just stopped at this Wendy's and set for 20 minutes in line waiting for three vehicles ahead of us and as we pulled around to and finally got to our order spot we sat for another 3 minutes and when we asked if there was anybody there to help us the lady at the speaker said can you wait just a minute very hatefully and we so we waited 10 minutes and she still didn't take our order and we drove away so you just missed an $80 order because somebody didn't want to do their job she had one vehicle at the window and was allowing them to get there food and then take the next person's order and wait for them to come to the window to get their food before she took the next order that is not a good way to run your business
I came to the drive-thru to pick up an Uber eats order and unfortunately there was an issue with the app not working correctly and they received the order 30 minutes before I ever arrived but luckily Miss Sherri Has an amazing crew and remembered the order and fixed it up for me ASAP. I would highly recommend visiting this Wendy's because it's extremely hard to find management and or employees that care so much about getting it right. She was even sweet enough to offer me a little frosty for my time .
For the love of God, how do I begin? The dinning room was closed and the only way to order was through drive thru. There was only 2 cars in front of me and I was quickly boxed in by a car just after I got in line. It took 15 minutes to get to the order box and I figured I had already waisted this much time of my lunch break so I might as well go ahead and order. The woman taking the orders rudely told me to hold on. I asked her after 5 minutes are you ready for my order and she replied Didn 't I tell you to hold on? so I waited another 5 minutes. She finally and as if I was in convincing her took my order. I got to the window and another 5 minutes wasted was given a bag which I took and pulled forward to go to the street. I opened my sandwich and it was completely wrong. I had realized that the woman was only taking one order at a time she would make you hold at the Box until she finished getting the previous customer their order and then finally take your order to pull Ford because I backed up to the window and told her that my order was wrong. I mean, how difficult is it to take one order at a time every 30 minutes and get it wrong? Google needs to make ZERO stars an option!
My fries had a dead fly in them. Not even on the top where it could have just fallen in, but in the midst of my fries. Absolutely disgusting! They also gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets! Terrible service!
This review is for the location on Germantown Parkway in front of Costco. I only gave 3 stars tonight Because he dining Room was filthy. There was not a single clean table in the restaurant despite not being terribly busy. The Coke machine is out about half of the flavors, And the service is extremely slow. On a positive note the French fries were hot and fresh and the sandwich with tasty as well.
