Consistently geat food. Friendly service! Tsunami is one of my favorite restaurants in midtown. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly. The only miss is in the level of professionalism. The casualness of staff wearing hats or sporting tattoo sleeves doesn 't match the excellence of the food. Personally, I find tattoos unappealing when I 'm eating. What June Leonard doesn't like about Tsunami:
Arrived on time, order appetizers and a bottle of wine. We place food order and had to wait an hour before food was received. I had never been to a restaurant where we had finished our bottle of wine long before food arrived. The food did not meet our expectations it was ok. I will not go again. View all feedback.
Some of the best food I have had in Memphis and I try a lot of restaurants. Every bite was exceptional.
Great food and great atmosphere. The area of town is very cool.
Loved the fresh baked bread, bacon wrapped dates, sea scallops flourless chocolate cake-delicious meal from start to finish! Excellent service, too!
My tuna entree was inedible. The fish was dry and gray. Our cod dish was totally unmemorable. Very disappointed after hearing great things.
Tsunami is one of the finest restaurants in the city. Of specific dishes we loved the Sea bass and the Tuna. Just fabulous. And it’s a beautiful space in a really cool neighborhood.
