Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Memphis

Came here because my daughter wanted a smoothie. I walk in to get the food and drinks. The guy making my food put everything in my bag. Then took one of my quesadilla out my bag and gave it away. I asked the guy did you give away my food? He said his making it right now. When I clearly seen take it out the bag and give it away. I ordered online and the person they gave my food to walked in before me and just ordered. SMH then to lie to me when Im sitting there watching. That doesn’t sit right with me

Be very careful about who makes your food because they well spike your food with something extra watch them very carefully.

Wonderful customer service. Friendly as your Grandmother's house.

I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe 3 days in a row. I ordered the Tropical Punch Smoothie delicious ?

Tropical Smoothie has had its ups and Down lately trying it's best to stay open in competitive times and yet they never go wrong with their practices as well as the vibes in the environment. I stop in today on the early side right when they open early Bird and the crew was super polite and very bright and welcoming. I enjoyed a Chia Chai Banana Boost with Strawberry and Peanut butter also a Peanut Butter Granola and Banana (Elvis Presley) flat bread . The food was heaven sent ... The Smoothies at tropical Smoothie never miss they always taste very rich and I always get a boost of energy and they get me going all the time. This location is like a hidden little secret and it stands out as one of the better places to stop in and grab food to go or just a traditional smoothie. I purposely went in the restroom just to see check it out for the review team and it was spotless, actually one of the better clean bathrooms I've reviewed . Wheelchair accessible and handicap parking right in front of the store so that is a super bonus. I appreciate having this healthy and nutritious establishment in my routine and it right by the gym so I can always do both . Thankyou Trop Smoothie Good job ??
