Everything was good but the lady got one of my sodas wrong. And didn't like the fact that she walked away from the window with my card. But i think she rang it up at the other register inside. So i didn't say anything. But other than that they delivered the awesome tase of tops! I enjoyed my food and will be back. View all feedback.

The worse BBQ experience in All of Memphis. Trash. I didn't order that. But what they gave me.

Tops are consistently good. Not the Frayser. The meat was overtaken, none of the drinks were right in the machine, and the customer service was cruel. We love tops, but we won't eat at tops in Frayser anymore.
So I go to tops for lunch today. When I get there 2 other ladies are in front of me. 2 workers are outside comes in with the 3rd worker. The 3rd worker takes the 2 ladies order hands them a drive then sits down. I immediately asked her was she taking my order. I never got adknowledged. Since the worker was rude I left and went on Thomas were I received excellent customer service and fresh food. It was worth the 5 minute drive.
