Update your menu prices as one price shows online and then a different price is charged. The service is fairly quick as food is cooked when paid even for called in orders. The location is easy to find but traffic is hectic so be mindful of that. The clerk was friendly and helpful although they couldn't explain their price variances. View all feedback.
I normally go to Allstar but my mom wanted try here. Nice lady took order. Whole Wings had good flavor, good size but was pretty pricey 10 wings $30. $10 more than where I normally go.Food: 4/5
After reading all the reviews, I was excited to try The Wing Factory. I was very disappointed! The boneless wings were not breaded or seasoned.
Whoever is taking orders and cooking the chicken tonight (10/6/2022), 6 pm; go ahead and clock out baby.The person taking orders over the phone is rude and the chicken is borderline raw.
Usually I love this place but this is the 3rd time I've driven 20 minutes to see them when they say they're open but their door is locked. If you're not gonna go by your hours at least change them.
