Subway - Memphis

They tell me how to deny the service because I have no masks while they have workers at the place without masks. do not throw stones in a glass house

Employees are fabulous here, we have never had any issues with service. Have had problems with freshness and the wait. Our food was not fabulous or I would have given 5 stars. It was Saturday evening and they had 2 employees so the wait was horrible and they didn't not have time to do additional prep that was needed. They may have same problem as other places, no one wants to work. We will continue to visit this store!

It has been quite apparent to me and others in recent years that their subs are getting smaller and the cost of those subs are getting larger much larger. Based on this location, this time, the food was okay, cooked completely. Staff could've been more pleasant and attentive. They also could've told us about their specials or deals it would've increased their sales for sure.

I sometimes avoid this location because it can be a little slow but today a guy named Willie was there and it was probably the best service I have had at a Memphis fast food place in a looooooonnnnnng time. If Willie is not the manager then he needs to be the manager. And no I dont know him personally but service like his had to be complimented.

This store never do food right they need new workers the bread always burnt omg $21.87 for 2 burnt footlongs
