Subway - Memphis

I would give negative -5 stars but I can't. If you see the manage a tall light skinned man keep walking. He is terrible at making sandwiches and he closes the store early. The sign says 6 so if you are not there by 5 go to Jimmy Johns. better yet if you see him in there just keep walking. His attitude is horrible! I dont see how the owners let this man run their business!!!

We visited this restaurant two days in a row, only to be turned away just minutes before closing time. Since we don’t have a car and are at a convention with limited funds, it was really frustrating. I would recommend considering other dining options.

I tried to visit the Subway on Austin Peay in Memphis and called ahead to ask if they would honor a coupon that was mailed to me. After waiting on hold for five minutes, I hung up and called again. The person who answered picked up the phone as if it were his personal line, simply saying "hello." I asked if this was Subway, and he confirmed it but then said he had customers and abruptly HUNG UP on me! Subway, you can keep your coupons and sandwiches; I will NEVER return to your locations! Thank you for the terrible customer service! This happened on July 26, 2023, at 1:52 PM.

It was a bit crowded since Lenny's shut down both of its downtown locations.

Food as always in subway great.
