Steak 'n Shake - Memphis

Great service. The food is hot or miss. Some of the burgers are good and some are not. My kids love their milkshakes. I wish they would give more fries and that they were regular size. A

The food here is always good. This visit the restaurant was dirty and had a musty smell, like dirty mop. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Server was wounded, but he was attentive and friendly. Coffee was lukewarm, burgers were good, but check the Cajun Fritten!! Apparently, she couldn't eat. No manager ever visible. Hit and Miss at this place, still love S

I am sorry to report that this location is not up to standard. I waited in the drive thru after placibg my order. After receiving my meal, I discovered that it was made incorrectly and tge terrible part is that the burger is made of scrap pieces of cold meat. I ordered a tripple and I got a scrap burger. I will make contact with the management team to hopefully get a refund and an explanation of why good food is not served each and every time to every customer without compromise.

Found hair in food. Manager was non apologetic. Messed up my 12 year old order and waitress attempted to argue with me because she had done wrong. You can see the hair; this order was also supposed to have tomato. Too many teenagers and too young of a manager. Southaven is the better restaurant. I will never go back to this one in Bartlett TN
