What Sam B doesn't like about Starbucks:
Took my order for pickup on the app, but forced me into a very long drive through line. I had already paid, or I would have gone to another location. They gave me no option to cancel my order, and the Starbucks app made it almost impossible to lodge a complaint. View all feedback.
There were people talking very loud so the atmosphere wasn't very inviting. Service was good but not outstanding and my son loved his coffee. Good overall.

Worst Starbucks ! by me being an previous employee at different location they are not going by drink making standard my drink taste different every time.
