The emp... read more I arrived at work early and decided to walk to the Starbucks located right next to my office. When I got there around 6:35, the doors were still locked. The employees saw me trying to enter, but instead of acknowledging my presence, they walked to the back of the store and didn't come back. A little common courtesy, like informing me that they'd be opening later, would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, it seems that customer service has really declined these days.

I aske... read more By far the work Starbucks experience to date. Cashier had a condescending attitude. Cutting me off while I was explaining how I want my iced coffee made. I asked for a different roast ,and she goes “so you just want a iced coffee?” No! I want it made how I’m paying for it. Also I asked for cream and sugar and she just said I would need to add it myself and pointed where it was by the door. Didn’t bother to ask if I wanted classic syrup or regular sugar. Coffee tasted weak and watered down. Just overall very ghetto. Could’ve made a better coffee at home. The audacity for their credit card machine asking for a tip before paying. They deserve nothing.

Waited for a long time for a pick up order and they never told me they didn’t have the food then couldn’t refund me.
