Starbucks - Memphis
Starbucks
Description
The Starbucks near the office offers a mixed experience. While some find the staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating—especially appreciating clean facilities, holiday flavors, and customization without hassle—others report poor customer service, rude interactions, lack of key ingredients, and watered-down drinks. The inconsistency extends to opening hours and tipping prompts, leaving some customers frustrated. Despite occasional price concerns, this location shines when the team is attentive and the atmosphere welcoming, making it a convenient stop for both coffee aficionados and casual visitors.

Thank you, Steven! My coffee egg bites were perfect. I also appreciate your polite and friendly service. The place was clean and not crowded, which was a plus. They've introduced their holiday flavors, so be sure to swing by for a nice warm drink and a bite to eat. If coffee isn't your thing, no worries—they offer a variety of other drinks, like flavored teas and hot chocolate. Just ask!
I stopped by for a coffee while exploring the nearby museums. The staff were friendly, and the coffee met the high standards you would expect from a Starbucks location.
Can't believe this is even a Starbucks, they didn't have any ingredients for any frappuccino and on top of that, the lady was very rude with my husband, who BTW is a VERY kind and considerate person, will not be returning.
By far the work Starbucks experience to date. Cashier had a condescending attitude. Cutting me off while I was explaining how I want my iced coffee made. I asked for a different roast ,and she goes “so you just want a iced coffee?” No! I want it made how I’m paying for it. Also I asked for cream and sugar and she just said I would need to add it myself and pointed where it was by the door. Didn’t bother to ask if I wanted classic syrup or regular sugar. Coffee tasted weak and watered down. Just overall very ghetto. Could’ve made a better coffee at home. The audacity for their credit card machine asking for a tip before paying. They deserve nothing.
