I went with friends and we thoroughly e... read more Do not overlook this unassuming restaurant. The atmosphere is creative, the food is excellent, and the service is great. I went with friends and we thoroughly enjoyed everything from drinks to appetizers to main courses. Our server made the experience pleasant with their recommendations and observations. We started with the Brisket Nachos, which had plenty of sauce, cheese, and meat with great flavor. Although it was a small order, it easily served four people. I then tried the Best Patty Melt Ever and it truly lived up to its name. The flavors, especially the caramelized onions, were fantastic. My wife ordered the Gulf Shrimp and Grits, a dish she often orders at different restaurants, and she was very pleased with it here. The other members of our group had vegetable plates with daily specials and they were equally impressed. We had White Cosmo and Farmers Daughter for drinks, with the Cosmo being the favorite. Overall, this restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way.

I will definitely be back and recommend this place to friends.

Our waiter, Noah, let us know that the fries are cooked in the same oil as the chicken. We really appreciated the concern! Afterdinner we went outside to a very cool area with live music, a sand volleyball pit, and an expansive playground. Our son reallyenjoyed playing while the wife and I listened to live music from the Memphis All Stars, who were incredible. Especially theyoung kid they had drumming! Last, but not least, was the guy working the entrance. He was entertaining and talked with usabout our trip. He was awesome! We loved everything about this place. Definitely recommend!
