5 stars because of the young ladies at the drive thru on Macon Rd. Pooh was the one that took my order. She was polite, funny and also saved me a few coins. The young lady at the window was very polite as well. Didn't have to ask for any condiments what so ever. These days and times I welcome great customer service. Made my experience worth while. This is the best Popeye in Memphis. Chicken is always fresh and hot. The line is always long but it's worth it
