Pizza Hut - Memphis

The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and prepared my order ahead of schedule. Their efficiency and hospitality earned big smiles from both me and the employees. Thank you!

Wonderful visit and transaction experience. Staff was very kind and helpful. Pizza was delicious and flavorful, not burnt at all and seasoned to perfection on the crust. Overall great experience this time.

It had been a while since we last ate at Pizza Hut, but we decided to treat our child to some stuffed crust pizza as a joke. To our surprise, the food exceeded our expectations and the stuffed crust was a delicious guilty pleasure.

We placed our at 7:00pm. At 7:13 we received a text that our order was on it 's way. At 8:12 I called an automated service to inquire about our order. I chose option #3.The very pleasant gal said it was on it 's way and to please call back when it arrived and they would be happy to provide a discount. I did call back and I had to inform them our Supreme Palzone contained 6 mushrooms, 8 green peppers and 12 onions. No meat. This call the rather rude gal said when we ordered it said there was a 50 minute delivery time. Would you like us to remake it? I asked if it would be another hour? She stated it was a 35 minute delivery time. This was a 8:15. At 9:15 I called again and this time I reached the store directly. I explained my situation to the store MANAGER who informed me that they cannot tell me of the actual delivery time. He said I was next and hung up on me. At 9:46 my order was delivered. So almost 3 hours later I have finally received what I ordered. Wow! Thanks for dinner. Last time we ever order from you!

Great food, on time! And also I appreciate it when the driver deliver my foods with mask gloves on. That's safe for him for me during the pandemic. Thanks!
