A family-owned lunch place in the East Memphis area is a rare find, and this is a very nice and efficiently run one at that. I opted for the pimento cheese sandwich on marbled rye bread, with all of the default toppings. These included lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots and alfalfa sprouts — which all tasted fresh and paired well with the rye and pimento. My only criticism?
