I?m in town on business for the past 5 weeks. I would have to say this Panera?s is by far the worst with loud behavior from the kitchen between the hours of 3-7... read more I?m in town on business for the past 5 weeks. I would have to say this Panera?s is by far the worst with loud behavior from the kitchen between the hours of 3-7. Best time to visit is early morning. It truly is the only time that you can enjoy a meal. Itreally comes down to two employees working the kitchen. One is male and the other is a female. I love the food just not theatmosphere. I?ll take my food and go thank you.

The young woman at the counter during my visit was extremely friendly and kind, which I really appreciated. I was grateful that the staff preparing our drinks understood our preferences and made the right judgment call when they ran out of nonfat milk. The dining area was also fast and tidy.

They added... read more I ordered the Baja Chicken Bowl from the warm bowls section. Unfortunately, the bowl was cold, the rice was undercooked, and the quinoa was missing. They added large chunks of tomatoes to the bowl. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to receive this. I'm extremely disappointed!
