best panda ever! I will normally take panda express from winchester on my way home from the work, but while I was on a target, I decided to try this place. I ordered online (as I did in the rule) when shopping through target and came to the pick-up time. when I went to the restaurant, my order was ready to go! I took my order and drove about 15 minutes to the house, my food was still warm and fresh! nothing was “too... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I do not recommend this Panda Express location. I had to wait for food to be cooked because most thing where out and the super greens are always out. Then when I finally got my food it was not what I ordered. The napkins where empty the trash was literally spilling over. The bathroom was out of order. The floor was dirty. There was food covering the tables and seating. The customer service was ok at best. View all feedback.
So I ordered the plate and on 1 meat I got the steak, and she gave me 3 small peace’s the rest on that plate I posted was mushrooms, the 2nd I ordered on the meat was Sesame chicken, 4 pieces and 2 scoops of rice smh I paid 10 for this plate this sad
I mean it's Panda Express food, so this review is for the service. The staff at this location was quick and concise. They asked if I wanted to wait a few minutes for more noodles to be cooked and I said yes. Food was served hot and they gave me a free drink while I waited. When I'm craving panda, I'll be sure to go to this location
Everything taste over salted or use too much soy sauce. I couldn't eat it anymore. This spot use to be the best panda in Memphis. Now all Memphis Panda Express taste over salted or too much sauce. Would not recommend eating Panda Express in Memphis unless you like it over salted and sauced.
The food is always hot and ready and they always have what’s on the menu.
I'm a bit disappointed. The staff appeared overwhelmed and the selection trays were mislabeled, empty and they were out of beef. They had no signage indicating any of those short comings. What's disappointing is that we drove an extra distance because this location usually has better quality overall. Sadly not this time. And worse, no one seemed to care. Oh.. the food... it was nothing to write home about. Nothing exceptional. Nothing that blew me away. Was it warm, yes. It looked just okay... taste was okay... but no condiments... I don't feel this location reflects the Panda Express chain as a whole. It reflects one in Memphis. I promise not to get my hopes up...
