Our waiter was a light-ski... read more I walked in and noticed the place was packed, so I braced myself for a long wait and subpar service. I couldn't have been more wrong! Our waiter was a light-skinned young man who appeared to be part of Prince's entourage, and he took fantastic care of us. I ordered the rib-eye steak cooked medium well, and it was excellent! My wife and daughters ordered pasta and a pork chop, and everything was well-prepared and delicious. With the combination of our outstanding waiter, delicious food, and an overall wonderful experience, I couldn't have asked for more!

The food was scrumptiou... read more My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Outback Steakhouse on Union Avenue in midtown Memphis, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was scrumptious, and the staff, including the hostess, waitress, and bartender, all did an outstanding job. They greeted us warmly and with smiles, which made us feel very welcome. Our waitress was particularly attentive to our needs. Since we don’t dine out often, this visit was especially enjoyable, and we definitely plan to return. We will also recommend this restaurant to our family and friends.

I also appre... read more I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service at this restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic and recommended the ribeye steak, which was excellent. I also appreciated how the manager made an effort to check in on everyone, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. I will definitely be returning!

Our first waitress was clearly upset about something to the tune of slamming plates, mumbling, etc. but other staff were proactive and rotated her away before we or any other tablesaid something. Most of the staff were great. The first staffer was on the much younger side than normal and perhaps just needsmore training or assistance. I don?t know. The food was good, hopefully this was just a bad day situation and hopefully theywill continue to come back from the pandemic lows. Again, food was great and there did seem to be proactive actions taken by theother staff.

The food was delicio... read more Hadn?t been here in awhile but this visit was pleasant. Was seated promptly. The waitress Felicia was excellent and we were served quickly. The food was delicious and nutritious. I tried the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. Then I had a marbled ribeyesteak with steamed seasonal grilled veggies , and a loaded baked sweet potato. Given that I don?t eat a lot of meat due to mydigestion I had no issues, the steak was cooked and marinated perfectly. It was fresh. My godmother had a good time and enjoyedher meal as well which was similar accept she had a salad and regular baked potato.
