A customer service! If I could give more stars, I would give them 100! There was a mix up of orders the night before, it happens, no biggie. But it was closing time so I waited till the next day to call. They replaced the order, and they couldn't have made me happier. These are the BEST wings I have had in years. Wings were good, decent sizes and crispy. But we ordered 2 orders of (2pc catfish and 2pc hushpuppies), we received 3 pieces of catfish. One was broken in half to make it look like 4 pieces, just sad and to top it off the hushpuppies never made it to us. Paid for extra ranch and didn't even receive 1 ranch or even the extra ranch. The best crab boils EVER!!! This place is in regular rotation for the family. At least twice week!!!
I have eaten food from the Summer location twice so far. The catfish strips are huge. I had ordered the 6 catfish strips and shrimp with fries and man was I stuffed. I couldn't even finish it all. The seafood boil bags are delicious also. I spotted the owner up there today and he was really nice. The lady working the front counter was really nice as well. I shall return
Most times they do not answer the phone, but they will call you back within minutes. I gave 3 stars because I called ahead and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for my food.
Horrible crab legs .They need more workers because the were so slow with service the place was so packed and they were going so slow half of the place walked out .
The all you can eat crab legs is a disaster !!!We only got one round and then they tried to charge us for a whole all u can eat . It take 20-30minutes for one round of crab legs . Then they need more employees because we didn’t get any refills the whole time .
