Mcdonald's - Memphis

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I was left waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just for fries, during which I watched seven or eight cars go around me. Surely, there must have been others who ordered fries too. When an employee finally came to me, she admitted that she had forgotten I was there. To make matters worse, I was served cold fries after being asked to pull up for that long. I won’t be returning to this location.

I would give it a zero if that were an option. I went there on Wednesday for an app order. I arrived at 5:30 and notified them through the app that I was there. The app indicated that my food would be ready in 5 minutes. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, I tried to call, but the call went straight to voicemail. I then walked up to the door, where an employee was letting someone in, but he informed me that the inside was closed. I showed him my order, and he promised that he would bring it out shortly. Another 15 minutes passed without a response on the phone, so I went back and knocked on the door. Finally, the employee returned with a bag of food and said, "I'm sorry, but I'm the only one here, and I'm trying to handle everything." This service is unacceptable. This location needs to be shut down!

I waited 32 minutes to get a drink through the app and spent a long time in the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me. This is unacceptable! We need less time spent on breaks and more focus on serving customers.

I truly dislike McDonald's I only go there bc my kids love that place. It never fails I always have to wait when I get here. I expect to wait but not an extended time.

As a former employee, I can say most of the staff tries their best everyday. Manager running the store is the problem she will yell, scream and berate you in front of everybody. So many people either quit or back down to her. Unfortunately that's what makes most people that are actually decent at their job leave. You never know what will set her off next, she is the primary problem. Your money will almost always never be correct as I have been out hundreds of dollars with No promises of ever fixing the problem. Just a horrible place to work unless you like a rage filled boss and not paid for the work you do!
