If you go in pe... read more One of my favorite restaurants in Memphis, although I don't recommend actually eating there. Depending on who's working, the service can be bad. If you go in person, you might end up waiting 10 minutes before anyone notices you and takes your order. Butif you call ahead and place your order to go, you won't have that problem. The food is amazing, my personal favorites are the bibim bop burger, the gyro, and the kimchi fried rice. The prices are pretty reasonable too.

People who came in aft... read more I ordered a steak sandwich today. I think they forgot me since after about 20 min I was the only person standing around without my order. People who came in after me had their food. A gentleman asked what I ordered and said it would be 10 minutes. Sadly Idid not have enough time to wait. I was offered a credit but no one took my info. I will update the review if I go back andactually get to try the food.

Often times I c... read more Takes 5 7 minutes to acknowledge customer. Poor customer service. The employees will literally look at you and give very little acknowledgement. Often times I can see the food is already prepared and packaged to go but I will have to stand there andkeep waiting until someone feels ready to acknowledge me while my food continues becoming less fresh, also I recommend getting aheat box, very unsanitary to stick peoples food on top of dusty greasy ovens to keep warm.

How can I help ? when you walk up. A simple acknowledgment goes a very long way. PoorCustomer Service Professionalism. If you?re going to ignore people at the very least get rid of the flying insects so that myface is not bombarded while I wait at the counter for a simple acknowledgment next time.
