Krystal - Memphis

I don't understand why it's so hard to serve hot food.. so it been a long time since I’ve been to krystals. This morning there was a young man working by himself taking orders running the cash register and making the food. I did not catch his name but he definitely deserves recognition for what he is doing by himself. The food was good this time. I hate he had to do it all by himself.

I arrived at 11:32 a.m., and it's now 11:44 a.m. Still 4 cars in front of me who have not ordered. The inside is locked and closed. Needless to say, I spent majority of my 25 min.lunch break sitting in drive thru. Really not a good idea at lunchtime. Smh, I'm So disappointed and hungry right now…

Long wait and was out of several items. Cashier at window was nice. Food was ok.

I love this Krystal location. They have the friendliest staff and cleanest store. If you go to Memphis, good luck if there system isn't “Down right now”. Never that at the Milington location!

I really don't know what to say but don't get the krystal burgers in the early morning hours because it seems they keeps giving me some good burgers and some old ones. I used love to eating there but it's seems it a big let down.
