What User doesn't like about Krystal:
Every single time we go, they only do Door Dash orders. Will not accept orders “to go” through the drive-thru. Isn’t that the same thing? Will not return again. View all feedback.
I love this place. Traveled a little more than two hours to pamper me in these delicious little burgers.
I'll take this back. I had to wait 35 minutes for my food. No one in the car thru. I asked about Ketchup twice. No ketchup. When I tried to go inside for ketchup, the manager told me rudely to slow down. She'd bring it to me. Although there were two of her friends sitting inside. I felt discriminated. Terrible customer service.
Krystal was always my favorite because of the spicy chicken wings. I gave some Uber ice last night. It was hot and fresh, carefully packed. I always love these crispy and spicy chicken wings.
This is the second time we have tried to go and we are told they are not taking orders except for doordash! I don’t understand why you would accommodate an app that takes a percentage of sales to not make 100% of the sale of people who come to the drive thru
Krystal's at Union and Cleveland needs to be shut down. Business use to be so good. Now they don't acknowledge when at speaker. One person cooking and doing cash register. Forget niceness that's gone. Would someone please check this place out
