On ano... read more I spent a week in Memphis and tried to visit this KFC several times for a meal. During my first attempt, I was informed that they were out of many items. On another occasion, we went on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open until 1 AM, but we were told they had closed at 10:30 PM. The service and staff were extremely disappointing.

The staff were friendly and attentive, confirming my order correctly. However, the food had some drawbacks. Although mostly accurate, it seemed slightly stale. The chicken was tough and the bun was dry. I ordered the famous bowl without corn, but it still contained corn. Additionally, my BBQ sauce was swapped for Buffalo sauce. Despite these issues, after a frustrating experience at Checkers, I was just glad to receive my order without any problems.
