What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I arrived at 11:00 am, an hour after they opened at 10:00 am. No one acknowledged me for 5 minutes, even after I said hello. Eventually, a staff member noticed me and went back to work. This place was very unwelcoming. View all feedback.
My three mäuse huhn meal was nice and hot maische kartoffeln cold slow and a great diet koks was great the second in line
The manager is so rude and I’ve made several complaints again her poor customer service. However, she continues to work there and be totally rude. KFC sent me two voucher because I complained about her but this last time I have asked that they not send another voucher because I will not be going back there at all. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who has experienced her trouble service. When using this last voucher she gave me food that appeared to have been days old and told her employee to write my name down because she bet I don’t get another voucher. Believe me, I don’t want another voucher and anything else from a business that employs manager like her. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH KFC!!!

I’ve complained on the manager because of how rude she has been and the horrible experience I’ve had each time I went to the KFC on Germantown Parkway. KFC sent me two vouchers because I’ve complained on this manager, but this time I complained about her rudeness I asked they don’t send another voucher. I don’t want anything from them as long as they condone rude and disrespectful managers like the one on Germantown Parkway. I hope they send someone from their cooperate office there undercover and see how terrible and rude she is. I’m sure I’m not the only customer she has run off. Popeyes is across the street and the line is always long. I understand why people wait in long lines at the Popeyes across the street, because I will gladly wait in line just as long as I never have to be subjected to the unprofessional, disrespectful and rude manager KFC now employs and evidently condones. I would give them a negative star if possible.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.Cold and old food. Returned it and got raw chicken. I took pictures, will send to health department. Raw chicken can get you really sick.
